Começando no Pico do Arieiro para acabar no Funchal, pouco pedal, muita descida, com bike de DH vai bem também no pedal. Passando por vários trilhos de níveis médios, zonas abertas para apreciar a vista somente no Blandy, após, é sempre em zona de bosque fechada.
Pode optar por subir com a Bike, numa das camionetes que sai do Funchal para o Poiso por 3 euros e tal, depois pedalar pela estrada até ao Pico do Arieiro e após desfrutar dos trilhos desde ai até á zona da Cancela. Da Cancela para baixo, procure um DH urbano.
