To start the climb, exit I-15 at the Montana City exit and follow MT-282 under the interstate until you reach parking along the frontage road just before Pinecrest Road. Pass through the gate in the fence at the end of the road (by the dark brown house) to start the trail. The trail takes you to Warm Springs Creek Road. Turn right on the road and continue up to where the two track angles off into the trees to start the downhill. There is a gate at the top; be sure to close it behind you. The downhill ends on MT-282, where you can connect back to your vehicle.

Access on private Haab Ranch property is seasonally restricted in the spring; please respect any posted closures.
