Trail Slate Mountain
Rode this section as part of a loop coming from the Gibson side. Didn’t have any issues with pedal striking, however if you rode from the mink creek side, I could see how you could have significant pedal striking probelmos.

Trail West Fork Mink Creek
This trail is 4 miles not 3.7. It is my favorite trail.

I just received a notification for someone that doesn't belong to me! I hope their person is receiving the texts they are supposed to. I'm also receiving the texts I am supposed to.

Trail Gibson Jack
Pretty fun trail, not sure it should be a black rating. Aside from a few pops, tight turns and rock gardens there are no features. Could be flowier if it were a bit wider, but a fun descent nonetheless. I climbed up the GJ double track and dropped this, good pairing. There are definitely hikers, so I’d recommend a bell just as an extra buffer.

Trail Slate Mountain
Tried riding, but way too deep and narrow for biking, I’m my opinion. Constant pedal strikes

Trail Slate Mountain
The deep and narrow part is pretty much limited to the first mile or so.

Trail Slate Mountain
I love this trail, but it's so narrow and water has carved it so deep that there are a lot of places where it's impossible (at least for me) to pedal without constant pedal strikes on both sides.

If your looking for a fun ride both up hill and down, this is it. Lots of technical rock gardens and float sections. More of a trail for confident riders.
