Port in the Storm (Beginner) by Wild Sun Adventures - 4.1 miles in length.

A great beginner route for the whole family. Plenty of "bail" points in case someone isn't feeling it. No extended climbs or descents. Trail flows well with a smorgasbord of trail types found at Cuyuna: smooth, chunk, rocky, rooty and everything in between.

Picturesque surroundings that include deep woods, grassy sections and a view of Portsmouth Mine Lake around the next corner. Includes several popular picture taking spots along the trails.

Route also provides access to the city of Crosby, the MN DNR Portsmouth campground and Portsmouth beach.
