High Point

This route starts with a flowy and loamy trail in the middle of the woods with a very steep and fast section dubbed "Quema Balatas" or "Brake Pad Burner" *.

After the end of this section, you must ride across the cold town of Pinal de Amoles and drop into the "Cañón de la Gotera" which is an ancient walk-trail filled with hundreds of stone steps and very tight switchbacks,
Speeds are high and a lot of physical strength and stamina are recommended.

*You must ensure you have powerful brakes in excellent working order if you plan to ride this route.
** A dual suspension MTB with at least 140mm of travel is recommended.
