Another awesome loop in Cumberland BC. The climb is somewhat hard, only because of the length and the final effort on Grunt and Grind. The descent is made up some of Cumberland's best Blue and Black trails (and easier descent option is to descend Lighthouse Way instead of Race Rocks.

Trailforks wasn't letting us connect the final trail of the ride to this route... to get back to your starting point hang a left onto Josh's trail at the end of the ride after your ride 50:1.

 Big day. Race Rocks and Trent Canyon are slow tech descents. Things are smoother and faster on the bottom half of the hill. We liked it.
