Another awesome loop in Cumberland BC. The climb is somewhat hard, only because of the length and the final effort on Grunt and Grind. The descent is made up some of Cumberland's best Blue and Black trails (and easier descent option is to descend Lighthouse Way instead of Race Rocks.

Trailforks wasn't letting us connect the final trail of the ride to this route... to get back to your starting point hang a left onto Josh's trail at the end of the ride after your ride 50:1.

The final decent is in perfect condition, while the mid section of the trail has suffered some minor erosion over the winter (trail braiding, small ruts developing, brake bumps)
