Welcome to Fish Creek - Trails maintained in part by the Calgary Mountain Bike Alliance (CMBA). This loop covers the entire West end of Fish Creek between MacLeod Trail and Tsuut'ina Trail (Highway 201) and is best suited for Intermediate riders. Expect everything from fast rolling grassland trails to some moderately technical riding along forested slopes. Note that most of the harder sections can be easily avoided using pathways or alternative trails. You can begin this loop at any of the parking lots but it is recommended that you start at Shannon Terrace or Votier's Flats. Note that these trails are multi-use and trail etiquette should be followed.

The west half of this trail is a very tight, technical bit of single trail… easily a blue

The mud crossings ladders are too short for the pits, makeshift plywood is a poor substitute. A nice beginner trail if you don’t mind walking through large mud holes.

I have ridden this trail the stump seems to be gone. Pretty sure I saw a man in blue watching from the distance. Riding is amazing though.

Trail sabotage taking place massive tree trunk placed chocked with boulders- clearly human placed - 28 APR 20. Cleaned up twice on the same day. STAY SAFE. The debris were placed on the exit of one of the corners. This is the third occurrence that I’ve personally encountered this month.

Trail Double Down
Although it says both directions, for enjoyment and safety, only do it in the SW to NE direction.
