The nun for me is considered the MAIN EVENT to the whole ride. It’s the most competitive local Trail on Strava. All times 4 minutes and under would be considered fast in my opinion and the freakishly fast folks breaking into the mid 2 min mark.

It’s fast and flowy with really only two spots where you need a couple pedals. The top section can be sent with speed fairly recklessly before a tight navigation Between the trees. There’s Two major rooty banked turns that require a carefully picked line. A few other tight switchbacks with A really big fast berm close to the bottom.

A fun downhill with tons of variety, including some berms and flow, gnarly roots, steep / loose rock riding, wood features which you can jump or roll, and a few pedally sections. It used to ride harder back in the day, but still might be considered a dark blue trail at least compared to the other blues in the area.
