Flow isn't truly a flow trail until you get to segments 5 and 6. Before that it's a single track with lots of berms and small climbs. Still fun but bascially it's work! The payoff is the bottom which is super fast. Right now it's getting really blown apart. If you are new to the trail take it easy. lot's of brake bumps and holes in the berms. Stay high on the berms to avoid them. It's needs rain and work to get it back to perfect again.
