The logging company is in road building on their property between the reservoir and Torreson’s cabin. My understanding is that they will be loggin from there up through Jeldness and Aqueduct. This means if you are riding back to town from Monticola/COG you will have to take other XC ski trails to get out. They are Boomer up to a long way back on the highway or to drop down to Mugwump and exit via Mayer road back to the normal Mann Rd area. The possible good news is that this logging might reopen the possibility of a dedicated mtb single track/XC classic trail from below COG to the Black Jack Parking. Fingers crossed!
