This loop takes one a long way from any water, food or other assistance. Riders need to be self sufficient. Much of the route has no mobile phone coverage, so personal safety is paramount.

Long, predominantly gravel road with a bit of rail trail at the beginning and single track at the end. Starting from Bright town center at the clock tower. Big long dirt road climb out of the Buckland Valley, rolling hills on the Dingo Ridge road and a big long fast downhill into the Wandilligong Valley. Then bike path and single track back to the start. Its a 3 to 4 hour loop.
Possibly suitable for Gravel style bikes, probably with a minimum of 40mm tyres especially for the long downhill.
