Caution - Rode this 18km trail today Nov 6 2016. Hundreds of large trees have fallen over and cover several miles of the middle section of this trail making it in un-rideable and extremely difficult to walk your bike as you have to navigate your way over , under and thru hundreds of large trees. Starting at the trail head at spruce knob provides about 4 miles miles of easy riding.....my recommendation is that you stop there and turn around ...The previous report said it takes 3 hrs to complete the 18km trail....it took us 6hrs and wasn't much fun after the 1st 4 miles....it was however a gorgeous ride as there are several beautiful waterfalls along the way
