Oh, Super Walker. Oh Boulder. Walker is an amazing loop First rate. Black diamond trails with some great flow and punishing climbs. Someone, long ago, decided a great way to test one's mettle or to get in "base miles" is to connect this loop with the the city of Boulder. This ride remains a staple of the spandex crowd here and it's no surprise why. Nearly 6,000 ft of climbing, most of which will find you wishing that you had two easier gears on your bike. When people in Boulder say, they're really feeling lazy and fat, they might say something like, "I hardly exercised this weekend. I just skied at Eldora for three hours, then did a Super Walker, then I did a trail run down to Southern Sun for sunset pints. I mean, I'm getting so fat."

Anyway, this is a wicked bunch of hard riding with some really technical stuff at Walker. I'm not supposed to talk smack about this route, but really, I would suggest just riding two laps at Walker, or doing out and back to the staircase going both directions (nobody wants to carry a bike, do they?).
