A great "BCXC" type of ride. The climbing trail has plenty of descents,until you get to Tamarac. Then it's a harsh grunt up to a bit of a descent off the end of Tamarac, hooking into Upper Whiskey. Another harsh grunt up Whiskey on the Rocks to the top, and then it's all down to the Railgrade.
Detailed Description
Tamarack / Whiskey on the Rocks is a 11 mile popular extreme route located near Rossland British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 12 trails. This route climbs 1,993 ft with a max elevation of 4,022 ft then descends -2,003 ft.
