Warm up going up Bear Meadows Rd, bearing left onto Corner Rd until the end and then climbing Dylans Path (signed Camp) up to the beer tap. At the tap go left to enjoy the Beer Tap loop, keeping left down to Leniency Trail, avoiding bailout, but climbing back up the 2nd half of Leniency to Tussey Mountain Extension. Follow this out, once you cross the gas line you are almost done, drop down to Treaster Kettle Rd, go left to until the intersection with Thickhead Mountain Rd, then you start the slow climb up to the access road the leads to John Wert. Work your way through John Wert and some classic central PA rock gardens, they are all rideable, before exiting on Bear Meadows Rd. Make a right, go past the monument, continue straight staying on Bear Meadows rd until the parking area at North Meadows Rd. Turn right on to Tussey Mountain Trail and follow this across Kettle and the gas line (you've now seen this same gas line 3X today and you're not done with it) on to the beer tap (damn a cold one would be nice). Left at the Beer tap retracing your route earlier back to Bear Meadows Rd. At Bear Meadows rd, make a left and continue up the road until you come to the gated access road with a bridge crossing the stream (~0.5 mile). Go around the gate and up the short climb until the road intersects Lonberger Trail, make a right and follow Lonberger back, dropping down the 'chute", across Laurel Run rd, onto Galbraith Gap trail back to the lot
