Detailed Description
Taste the Spring MT. Seymour is a 7 mile popular intermediate route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 25 trails. This route climbs 1,966 ft with a max elevation of 1,587 ft then descends -1,964 ft.
