A sample of the Cheakamus Trail System.

Follow the Valley trail signage to Creekside. Once at Creekside ride past Nita Lake lodge on the Valley Trail and Take a right into Alpha lake park. Ride through the park and pick up the dirt trail on the backside of the lake. This will bring you across the train track and up onto Alta Lake road. Follow the road downhill and cross the train tracks again to start the Millar Creek Trail.

At the end of Millar Creek trail you will find yourself at the traffic lights of Cheakamus Cross/Function Junction. Cross the road and follow Cheakamus Way upto the Eastside Main FSR. Here you will find the trailhead for Farside trail next to the river. Follow Farside & Farout until you are back on the FSR. Follow the road up until you find 'See Colours and Puke' on your left. Climb See Colours and then follow HighSide > HiHi. Take a right on the exit and head up Highline trail. On the exit, climb uphill about 100m for the entrance of Duncans' (It's Business Time).
