High Point

Epic ride with one of the best continuous descents you will ever do. Up Foggy, up Martin Creek, up Cooney lake and down Merchant's Basin back to Foggy Dew. Lots of hike a bike with the steepest climb right at the end. Counterclockwise is recommended as most mortals will not be able to ride down the Cooney lake trail. The descent down Merchant's Basin is absolutely stunning, sometimes fast and flowy and very technically difficult in a few short sections, but probably rideable for many. Riding down Foggy Dew is even more fast and flowy goodness, and it... just... keeps... going. You only have to pedal a tiny bit three or four times from the top of Merchants to the bottom of Foggy Dew.

You will likely encounter hikers, motorcycles and horseback riders on these trails (although motorcycles are not allowed on Cooney Lake or Merchant's basin trails). Ride with awareness and respect.
