A nice route between The Great Flat lode and Porthreath.
Quite a lot of trail with minimal road sections.
If you use Gas lane in Tuckingmill rather than the main road you'll also cut out that section.
Or alternatively head into valley park and wind your way up the right side then cross over at the lights across from the college entrance.
