En tekniskt och konditionsmässig väldigt krävande runda med många kombinationsmöjligheter. Går att korta av och kombinera lite som man vill. Att åka uppför "Run to the hills" kan kännas lite okonventionellt och är ganska utmanande är dock en intressant variant. Ett enklare alternativ skulle vara att ta höger efter "High five" för att ta grusvägen tillbaka tills infarten på "Blåleden-Fågelberget".
