High Point

If you've never ridden the area, you can follow this track to get much of the good stuff covered. It is a smallish forest, so you will be seeing the same places a few times, but without a guide it's so easy to miss out on the best parts. In general, whenever it looks like you're on a top, take a rest, and prepare for fun back down.

This route starts at Inspiria Science Center, where you can get food & drinks during opening hours, park, and there's also a pump track and a skills track for kids.

Please go easy, and slow down for hikers and runners. Avoid doing this route on Thursday evenings because of a weekly parkrun.

Most trails are blue in difficulty, not many really scary bits unless you go flat out.
