Straight and to the point. Two laps on one of the best trails in the world.
Many people have reported cars being broken into along the road, keep your stuff out of site and safe. Parking in the "inner" dirt parking lot over the bridge and up the janky dirt road may be a better option with less opportunity for a smash and grab.
Weekends are very, very busy in the parking lot, but the trail is able to hold a LOT of folks without feeling crowded.
The ride starts with 2 miles of downhill on a dirt road and then ends with 4 miles of pain on a dirt road. The ride is well worth it even with this extra kick in the teeth.
If you're slow, pull over and let people pass the second you sense someone coming behind you. If you're fast, get ahead of as many people as possible, because you'll catch up to people quickly. If you're worried about it, ride on a weekday.
The second run is always a little more fast and a lot more fun, but it also means you'll be drained. Plan accordingly with plenty of food and water.
Climbing Tractor Trail for the second lap is HARD, but it also gives you the option of bailing out on the way up and doing partial segments of the Flow Trail.
