Es gibt keinen besseren Weg, um das Val Müstair kennenzulernen. Die Tour führt über 21 km und 1000 Tiefenmeter durch das ganze Tal. Los geht es auf der Ofenpasshöhe Süsom Givè, die man auch bequem mit dem Postauto erreichen kann. Bikes werden transportiert.

Bis zur Alp da Munt, im Herzen des Skigebiets Minschuns, ist noch etwas Pedalkraft gefordert. Danach kann man sich auf einen der schönsten und flowigsten Singletrails der Region freuen, er schlängelt sich durch Moorlandschaften und an Arven und Lärchen vorbei.

Von der Alp Champatsch, wo man einkehren kann, gehts durch den Wald weiter bis zum ursprünglichen Dorf Lü. Von dort führt die Tour vorwiegend auf Singletrails bis nach Müstair. Im letzten Abschnitt hinunter zum Kloster Müstair warten noch ein paar enge Spitzkehren. Die Tour kann auch schon vorher in einem der anderen Dörfer beendet werden.

Einheimische Biker haben verschiedene Abschnitte der Tour in Freiwilligenarbeit ausgebaut, um ein durchgängiges Trail-Erlebnis zu ermöglichen.
