Lower Tyaughton Creek Trail - Castle Junction to Paradise FSR
Sep 4, 2024 @ 1:11pm
Sep 4, 2024
As of Sept 1 did another reclearing in 5 locations (in some cases multiple trees) of large trees down across the trail. Except for one very large tree across trail about 5 foot level requires bike to be walked under tree with two other large trees suspended over head so use caution as trees may shift and come down without warning
Lower Tyaughton Creek Trail - WD to Castle Junction
Sep 4, 2024 @ 1:04pm
Sep 4, 2024
As of Sept 1 several very large trees have come down in section from WD to Spruce Creek and need to be climbed over (no easy go around). On the section between Spruce Creek and Castle Pass trail junction there is one new tree down with easy go around (will try to clean up later this fall). And approx 1km west of Castle Pass junction was a large complex blowdown so I cleared a reroute.
