In March 2023, the inaugural UCI Enduro World Cup and Enduro of Maydena will take place in Tasmania (Lutruwita), Australia. Just over an hour’s drive from the state capital, Maydena brings new challenges for elite and amateur riders alike.

Maydena has a rich forestry heritage from the 1900s, and is located on the edge of the South West Wilderness World Heritage Area, immersed in cool temperate rainforest, home to some of the world’s largest trees and is now one of Australia’s premier mountain biking destinations.

For race fans there is nothing more tantalising than the opening race of the season taking place on a level playing field. Maydena is brand-new to the calendar and will prove to be the perfect backdrop for the first encounters of the 2023 season to be played out upon.

Detailed Description

UCI Enduro World Cup 2023 #1 Maydena is a 34 mile expert race route located near Maydena. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a extreme overall physical rating. This route includes 43 trails. This route climbs 9,473 ft with a max elevation of 3,588 ft then descends -9,414 ft.
