Start with a quick climb up Copperhead Road from the Main Parking Lot to warm up your legs. After looping around Meadow Skipper Drop into Gnome Wrecker for some fast fun descending. Quick easy climbs and more descending await you with a lap down Bam Ba Lam; Climb back up for some air time on Boot, Scoot'n, Boogie. Another short climb up and easy pedal to the start of Onceler for some blue jumps and then descend down into Old Bones, brining it back old school with some hand built loam trail.

Ups and Downs Jumps 1 is a 6 mile popular intermediate route located near Coos Bay Oregon. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 24 trails. This route climbs 983 ft with a max elevation of 568 ft then descends -994 ft.
