High Point

There is a new trail called Dream Catcher that's the north-most on the current map. I'll try to add it once I have a GPS track when I ride it.

Park on 3A, right where Dark Side of the Moon meets 3A.

Bike up 3A to the next trailhead. It will be marked Canyon Rim Trail.
Ride the Overlook Trail and ride the Overlook Loop Trail clockwise and return to Trailhead.

Then take Canyon Rim Trail to the Campground.
Go right on Canon Vista, then FAR Out, then Summit Trail up to the Communication towers.
The section of Summit Trail to Fremont Peak is a better hike than bike (and full of cactus).

From that second set of towers, go down the steep dirt road and then it climbs.
At the top, go left on FAR out. Amazing Canyon views here.
When you hit the Rim Trail, go right back to Campground.
Ride around Smores clockwise, then take Dark Side of the Moon down to your car. Fun descent !

There is building ongoing north of Dark Side of the Moon, not sure if it's "open" yet. But it's sweet.

There are amazing views of the Royal Gorge bridge from Overlook Loop.

When you're back to your vehicle, you can always bike back up the county roads to make the fun descent again. Explore and enjoy !

Note: this is higher elevation and won't ride all winter like OWF.

Oh, the view from "Le View" on the map is pretty darn sweet.
