A 700 meter section of this trail has been deactivated on the east side of Pearson Pass. The trail now connects to High Trail South at the top of the ridge so there is one trail to the pass in this area. The old trail section is being rehabilitated, so please try and stay off.

Trail is in good shape. There is a bypass to get around the missing bridge. The areas on both side of the missing bridge are getting brushy.
