XC Molini di Triora

The route starts from the central square of Molini in the direction of Triora; after about 1.5 km, turn right towards Corte onto a good asphalt road that goes uphill. Right before the village turn left and pick up the dirt road, which offers a few good ramps. Continue towards Vignago, cross it and reach the entrance of the first single-track of the route (be careful, the trail is very popular in the opposite direction as well). The trail will take you to Goina, a typical village at the foot of the highest peaks of the Maritime Alps. Continue onto the gravel road, mostly downhill, to Triora. Take another short section of asphalt and reach the dirt road that, after a couple of steep ramps, takes you to the start of the trail to Creppo. Once you get to Bregalla, head downhill first onto a mule-track and then onto the Provincial road 52 until you reach Loreto. Cross the bridge and continue on asphalt to the start of the track that goes back to Molini. Along this trail you will find a junction with signs to Degno lake, a beautiful pond where you can relax or go diving with drops more than 10 m high! This route offers altogether the most beautiful, scenic forest roads and the most typical rideable trails in the region and it reaches the main villages of the highest region of the Argentina valley.
