Trasa Vír-Karasín-Štarkov-Bohdalec (53 km / 1.250 m) je myšlena pro aktivní XC bikery s romantickými sklony. Neboť kopce jsou tu poctivé a výhledy velkolepé. První výjezd na Karasín je jen zahřívací.

Okruh je jetelný v obou směrech, smíříme-li se s několika málo tlačenkovými pasážemi u Ostré skály. Výjezd na Štarkov je velkým a nezbytným zážitkem. Následující Bohdalec umí pěkně potrápit, zvlášť pokud si vezmete do hlavy zdolat jej až ke kótě. Mezi jednotlivými vrcholy je několik možností občerstvoven. Ale Dalečín nebo Jimramov jsou ideální.

Kdo se rozhodne nocovat v přírodě, doporučujeme tábořiště na Ostré skále, popř. na Štarkově pod převisem.
