The York 38 is an annual benefit ride for the York Fire / Rescue. The many feed stations are always well-stocked with local goodies, and the ride ends at the friendly York Bar. Most of the route is on gravel roads, with a short stretch of singletrack in Trout Creek Canyon. There is also a cyclocross race held on the same date, the Spirit of 76. The 'cross race is two laps on the same route.

I've ridden twice with my boys. Fun challenging ride. When done as the organized York 38 ride tons of aid stops, and the locals who support the ride are great.
