This is not a bike specific skill park, just a fun school yard area, but can be fun for skaters BMX'ers & mountain bikers.
You might see skateboarders, MTbers, bmx'ers ride there.
The area between the building and ball area has Asphalt bumps, you can practise bumping, but the area is small, but it's possible to jump some of the bumps.
There are fun stairs.
next to the ball area there are stairs, that could be fun.
the the sand volleyball area can be used to practise drops, if no one is using it of course.
and the area below is nice for kids to practice riding, there are no obstacles, just concrete circuit style park, with long & big benches.
if the supper school yard is too crowded the lower section with the concrete can be used for practising cornering, and for kids to learn to ride a bike in a safe environment.
the square building is a workshop, so in the evening you might see motor enthusiasts making the place stinky with exhaust.
the area also has wooden bench areas, and concrete stairs, so you can practise drops.
but keep in mind that there can be kids playing there, so be smart about it.
