This is a beginner park with berms, a skinny, whoop-de-whoops, wooden bridge, teeter totter, rock garden, jump, and a few small drops. There is a beginner loop and an advanced loop. Great park to learn on, fun park to mess around in even if you're not a beginner. Flow track begins near the back of the park.

The Bike Skills Track and bike trails in the Gunnar Nilsson Mickey Lammers Research Forest are managed by the Forest Management Branch. We check the trails regularly.

Use of the skills track and bike trails involves a risk of injury and is done at the user's own risk.

Helmet use and adult supervision are required.
