Se encuentra ubicado en el actual Parque Saint Tropez de la Costanera Norte y tiene una extensión de 7,5 hectáreas. Es uno de los puntos de encuentro para la práctica de skate, longboard, bowl skate, flatland, inline slalom, mountain bike, longboard, bicipolo y palestra. Construido por el Gobierno de la Ciudad con el objetivo de reunir los deportes extremos en un mismo espacio, las instalaciones poseen un skate park de 2500 m2, una pista de longboard de 500 m. de longitud (extensibles a 750 m.), un snakebowl de 50 m. de largo, dos bowls con diámetros de 10 y 6 m., respectivamente, un playón de inline hockey de 600 m2, un playón de inline slalom de 150 m2, un circuito de mountain bike de 500 m., un espacio para realizar slackline, varias palestras de escalada deportiva, una posta deportiva con equipamientos para ejercicio físico y un parque para eventos y recitales. La obra incluye la plantación de más de 200 árboles y un sistema de tecnología LED abastecida por energía solar que sirve para iluminar el parque.
