Situato presso l'uscita della SS38 in Comune di Cosio Valtellino, l'area denominata storicamente "SARACH" vede la presenza di una pista di pump track di circa mt 250 che si estende su un'area di 2500 mq che deve ancora essere completata con tutti i servizi annessi.
L'area è adiacente al Sentiero Valtellina, un percorso ciclopedonale che si estende per 110 km da Colico a Bormio lungo l'Adda.
Nelle vicinanze parecchie sono le attrazioni culturali (San Pietro in Vallate, camera picta Homo Salvadego di Sacco, Palazzo Malacrida di Morbegno etc.) ma anche i percorsi e le possibilità enogastronomiche con particolare attenzione ai formaggi: Bitto e Casera.
