Harstad Bike Park 68° North skal utvikles gjennom fire delprosjekter:

Delprosjekt 1: Barne- og rekrutteringsparken

- Pumptrack/sykkelbane (ferdig 2019)
- Knøttetrack/sykkelbane (ferdig 2019)
- Terrengsykkelløype med ulike mestringsøvelser og alternative spor, tilpasset ulike ferdighetsnivåer

Delprosjekt 2: Idrettsanleggene

- Anlegg for terrengsykling XC
- Anlegg for sykkelkross CX
- Arena med start-/ målgang for landevei
- Lysanlegg arena

Delprosjekt 3: Idretts- og servicehuset

- Dusj-, garderobe- og toalettfasiliteter
- Mekkerom, lager og spyleanlegg
- Selskapslokale med kjøkken og møterom

Delprosjekt 4 (kommunel regi): Trafikkgården

- Et simulert trafikkbilde i halv størrelse for bruk i undervisningssammenheng for barn og unge
