Parking is either at the Ocean Science Center, or at the end of OSCA road. Trail follows the bluff, there is an additional inner trail and the trail also crosses the road to the ocean science center side.

Very fun, good for a couple hours of ripping around. More of a backcountry swamp riding experience than Whitemarsh

The ocean center side is more technical. The greys reef side is more flowy. There are easily 6 more miles of unmarked trails. More fun the more you explore.

I rode this in May and the worst part was that burned out area. Rode again in June and managed to skip that part by using the rode, but I ended up riding a lot of up and downs right along the river that I didn't encounter before. I'm recovering from a spinal injury, so my legs aren't quite up to all those sudden climbs - some hills are fine and curves are great, but I mostly need flat ground. My problem is, I can figure out how to not do that section, and replicate my first ride.
I see comments on here that there is an inner trail, Gray's Reef, etc. But between this, All Trails and the MTB app, I can't find any guidance on this.
Help me!
