13 - Cardio Details
Starts and ends easy but after first uphill the trail winds up and down the side of the hill.
The trail is great for cardio as it winds up and down the hill for a mile.
Take if easy on the way out as some rider entring the trail might not see you exiting.
To access the trail you need to starts between the parking lot and the welcome centre with the trail 10 - La p'tite vite. After the bridge take a left and the entrance will be on you right.
At the first gravel road crossing go up the hill the entrance to the trail is on your left.
At the second gravel road crossing go straight to stay on the trail or turn left on the gravel road to access trail #18 a & b.
