This is very fun North to South. The trail alternates between smooth flat single track and short sharp and chunky mildly downhill rock gardens that are general rideable by those with decent skills due to the gentle slope. There are some nice views - but the main overlook is better. This is very popular with hikers, so be patient. South to North could be done in a reasonable amount of time but most folks would likely need to push up each of the short rock gardens.

A challenging cyclocross-style hike-a-bike but well worth it for the DH
