This trail is very tough with steep ups, downs, and very large water bar sections with some nice flowy parts in between. This trail is part of the Whiskey Offroad course where there is normally people walking the uphill water bar sections.

Not so tough any more. Most of the tall water bars were removed in 2019.

Still a pretty abysmal trail either direction. Poorly maintained. Lots of tennis ball size loose rocks. Not fun

This trail is not as fast and flowy as many of the other Prescott Trails, so, it could seem as a rough go in comparison. It is challenging due to loose rocks, moderately steep climbs and some water bars. That said I would call it a classic back country type trail worthy of a ride if you are up for a challenge. It's by no means brutal. Not nearly as challenging as climbing Groom Creek loop clockwise. There is some brush that needs to be trimmed back but nothing that's going to knock you off your bike or require you to push. I rode this trail as a part of a loop from Aspen Creek Trail head. I started on Aspen right Moby then climbed to the junction with East Copper. From there I rode down East Copper to the Junction with Aspen Creek and had a rolling descent back to the Wolverton Trail Junction and back down to Aspen Creek Trailhead. This was like a 6 mile ride with 850 feet of climbing. Great punchy little ride with some awesome views of the Bradshaws with not many people other than the last .5 mile of Aspen Creek to the trail head. This was on a Saturday. I would recommend descending Aspen Creek from East Cooper vs. climbing from the Wolverton Junction.
