Old USFS trail providing access from 4th of July Cr to North Tower Cr. This is a non-motorized trail. At about 6600 ft in elevation, a well-used trail connects from the north. The trail from the north originates at the end of an old Logging Spur, Road 071-A.

Note, this trail is steep and has many switchbacks. Over 36 from the Middle of July Trail down. Several more above. Many of the switchbacks are steep and sharp. Riders should be experienced with riding these kinds of conditions. This is not a trail for the average rider due to the challenges listed above.

Access Info

This trail does not connect all the way to the 4th of July Cr Road. Users need to bushwhack from the road to the start of the trail. Once the trails starts to switchback up the slope, it is distinct and easy to follow.
