This 4WD/ATV trail in the Taneum Manastash Area goes from Tripod Flat Trail #4W307 southwest of Buck Meadows to Trail #4W306 on Manastash Ridge.
This trail weaves through the trees, topping a high ridge above Shoestring Lake. Just past the junction with 4W309, this trail will take you through the Rock Garden (rating 4). This section is not recommended for ATVs or motorcycles. After the rock garden, you have a steep hillclimb to the junction with 4W306 at the top of Manastash Ridge.
