We rode up it - for a trail that goes straight up the fall line this was a pleasurable climb. It was a bit wet and had a few hike a bikes but was 95% rideable for intermediate/advanced riders. It's mostly moderately sloped with some fun challenging root and rock ups, and a couple steep sections. There are other fun downhills that would be better than this one - I think this trail is a great way to get up the ridge.

We took the 2.7mi from N to S, and altho it's not steep and conditions were dry, it was beyond our intermediate skillsets as out-of-towners. Very boulder-y and lots of soft spots in between, I wasn't strong enough to keep up momentum, but kudos to those who love it! We did a loop with Lindy Run (more hike-a-bike) and Canaan Loop Rd. Pretty forest even dragging my bike alongside through the laurel.

I want to laugh at the other comments. This is mostly a blue trail with a few small drops. The grade is shallow and requires aggressive pedal input constantly to keep the speed at an acceptable speed for not getting beaten to death. Takes a lot of effort to lose this much elevation. Going up is tough and makeable for the moderately fit.

I only rode a section of this "trail", so I can't speak to the whole thing, but it was terrible. I use quotes around "trail" because I'm pretty sure someone just marked a stream bed as a trail. It's awful, nothing redeemable. Just nasty roots and a lot of standing water. I really like roots and rough terrain, and even though I was riding downhill, this was still just terrible. Avoid.
