A somewhat spicy route down the front side of Mt Manuel Quimper.
Head south from the summit, through rocky meadows then into the trees. A number of challenging rock slabs and step-downs will keep you on your toes. Rideable year round, with a couple of wet/snow sections in the winter months.

Big tree down about half way. There is a small chute around, but ideally the tree gets cleared out.

This trail is actually called Arbutus trail and should be double black diamond rating. Very steep, narrow and juting rocks with super slick sections when wet. Fun but be careful.

'Somewhat spicy' is a good, though maybe understated description. The trail is steep, rocky, and absolutely awesome, but definitely a HARD black, by Whistler/Squamish standards, with plenty of arguably double black features / optional features. Probably best to avoid in the wet.

Trail is Airflow. Here and elsewhere on the mtn CRD generically renamed trails without acknowledging history of the trails or how they came to be. Suppose is easier to rename than to build or maintain.
