This is fast flowing downhill trail when going from Tram Rd to Rock Run South Loop. Coming back the other way is a reasonable steady climb too.
Note: while you can park at the trail head DO NOT access from the trail head on Rte 504, per DCNR bikes can access this north portion off Tram Rd.

Also note that the Allegheny Front Trail (AFT)does also continue on the opposite side of Rte 504 but that is not open to bikes or rideable. The AFT is closed to bikes between Rte 504 and Underwood Rd
