Conditions get better the lower you go, but ruts are a factor on the entire trail. Probably typical for this trail considering it’s a moto trail. All of it is rideable; just gets tricky navigating the ruts. The lower 1/3 of the trail was in the burn zone of the 2022 fire. All in all the trail survived it well. Post rain dirt was perfect today.
