Alternate Dave Swetland Memorial Trail access route. Trail climb's up Sutherland Creek FSR (Lower Section of Vertical Smile) and then spurs off and climbs a nice double track that has been slightly reclaimed by mother nature. It currently needs a little brushing but is 100% rideable in the current state and is way more enjoyable of a climb then Baker Creek FSR. Last bit of trail connects to a logging road that descends down to the 6 km corner on Baker Creek FSR. Then a quick 1 km finish to the trailhead. Will be doing a little more exploration to see if we can finish the climb through the forest.
