Il classico dei classici per questa zona. Raggiungi l'antenna di Pollino e da li segui il sentiero n°18 che porta verso il santuario della Trinità di Ghiffa. Sentiero da prendere in velocità con tanti rilanci ma anche tanto divertimento, un lungo single track che vi farà gioire. Si alternano parti veloci e lisce a placche rocciose ma non molto tecniche.
La seconda parte è sul famoso Canyon, poi sull'Under Canyon (la prima metà), per poi collegarsi al sentiero che scende alla Cappelletta del Porale e poi al sentiero che porta all'abitato di Ceredo.
