Para llegar al puerto de Arrebatacapas hay dos opciones: por la carretera, y otra por la pista que va hacia el arroyo de la Pizarra y depues de un pequeño collado al este del cerro del Castrejon va a la izquierda con fuerte pendiente (ladera norte del Castrejon) para llegar al Pto.
Una vez en el puerto continuar oeste por la pista direccion La Merina. La senda entra despues del bosque a la izquier
