Fireroad that leaves from the picnic area and climbs up to the backcountry campsites. Bikes aren't allowed beyond that point.
The climb is fairly steady and manageable but may challenge new riders.
There are horse corrals and restrooms at the top.
Like practically all trails in the state park, dogs are not allowed on this path.
